Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Technical Analyst, you will:
1. Provide technical consulting services to clients, focusing on the optimization of business processes through the use of advanced technologies.
2. Analyze complex technical issues, identify potential solutions, and present recommendations to clients.
3. Develop and implement applications using Blue Yonder 2020, ensuring seamless data integration and optimal performance.
4. Configure and customize systems according to client requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
6. Manage and resolve technical issues, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
7. Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying potential issues and implementing preventative measures.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements, utilizing this knowledge to improve our services.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical consulting role within the tech services industry.
3. Proven experience in application development and data integration.
4. Expertise in Blue Yonder 2020 and LPN.
5. Strong knowledge of system configuration and customization.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
8. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
