Job Description

Harmony Gardens is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in our new building in Maplewood, MN. 

Our new campus opened in December 2022 and is only 2 miles away from Maplewood Mall, beautiful parks (Hazelwood and Harvest Park), and a variety of dining options. Our new state-of-the-art senior living community includes independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and long-term care options.

Part-Time Available Shifts: 

• Days, 6:30am to 3:00pm. 32 hours per 2 week pay period working in the TCU and long-term care.
• Evenings, 2:30pm to 11:00pm. 16 hours per 2 week pay period working in the TCU.

Full-Time Available Shifts:

• Days, 6:30am to 3:00pm. 64 hours per 2 week pay period working in long-term care.
• Nights (NOC), 10:30pm to 7:00am. 64 hours per 2 week pay period working in the TCU.

All shifts require every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Pay Range: $20.45 to $24.86 / hour depending on experience.

What does a CNA require?

• Must have an active Nursing Assistant certification and be on the MN Registry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
