Community Solutions seeks a senior financial executive with strong business and financial acumen. Under the general supervision of the President/CEO, the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFAO) provides leadership and management of financial and business support services for the agency and its related operations that require independent judgment in the application and development of policies and procedures.
Areas of responsibility include budget and financial forecasting, IT/Electronic Medical Records (EMR), facilities supervision, contracting, and financial compliance. The CFAO is responsible for the overall management and implementation of the corporate financial operation in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and organization/contract policies and procedures.

The annual base salary range for this role is $180,000 – 230,000. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, licensure, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
