Construction Product Sales Representative

Quikrete, the leading producer of packaged concrete and related products, is looking for a Infrastructure/Sand Sales representative in Georgia. In this role, you will work closely with contractors, distributors, engineers and government officials (DOT’s, etc.) to support concrete repair solutions and specification development, provide technical assistance, and apply problem-solving skills to maximize the sales of Quikrete products. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism, and a commitment to learn the role and operate successfully in a team environment. About the Role

The Masonry/Wall Systems Sales Representative will work closely with the Operations team in addition to connecting and building relationships with contractors and distributors.

Responsibilities:

• Visit varying job sites
• Lead effective product presentations and demonstrations (train – how to use products)
• Attend local and national construction shows as needed
• Create product forecasts (both weekly and annually) and delivery schedules.
• Overnight travel as needed
• Create new business connections as well as maintain and grow existing business

About You

The ideal candidate must be passionate about the work and have the ability to build close relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the industry.

We Require:

• 3 - 5 years sales/marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
• Experience in the construction materials industry is preferred
• Ability to lift or carry 80 lbs
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs are required
