Job Title: Director – Market Access Consulting

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Director to join our Boston-based team, bringing leadership, expertise, and commercial vision to a growing practice that partners with the world’s leading biopharma companies.

This is a unique opportunity to lead from the front—delivering high-impact work, building lasting client relationships, and driving growth across the U.S. and EU markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the market access practice, including project delivery, client relationship development, and team management
• Design and deliver strategic engagements across: Market access & reimbursement strategy, Pricing strategy, Global product planning & launch readiness, Market landscape assessments
• Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders at top-tier pharmaceutical and biotech companies
• Drive business development initiatives, shape proposals, and contribute to firm growth
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of consultants and managers
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and service offerings

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in life sciences consulting with a focus on market access, pricing, or product strategy
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic projects for large pharmaceutical and/or biotech clients
• Experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff in a consulting environment
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of winning and growing client accounts
• Deep understanding of U.S. and EU market access landscapes (global perspective preferred)
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD, or similar) preferred
