Title: Director, Performance Marketing & Ecommerce

Salary: Up to $190,000 + Benefits

Location: New York (Hybrid 3 Days in Office)

Overview:

Forsyth Barnes have partnered with a leading company in the intimates and apparel sector who are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive digital marketing strategies across key retail media platforms. This role focuses on executing and optimizing campaigns on Walmart Connect, Amazon Ad Console, and Target’s retail media networks to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and boost sales. The ideal candidate is data-driven, experienced in digital marketing, and skilled at managing agency partnerships to achieve strong online performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple retail media platforms.
  • Optimize performance on Walmart Connect, Amazon Ad Console, and Target (Criteo RMS and Roundel) to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Oversee the agency relationship, ensuring campaigns align with business objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and strong returns.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on content marketing initiatives to enhance engagement.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and retail media.
  • Present findings and insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support product launches and ongoing brand growth.

Key Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on retail media platforms.
  • Proven experience of driving online sales through ecommerce & digital marketing.
  • Proven success in managing campaigns on Walmart Connect, Amazon Ad Console, and Target RMS.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in web analytics tools and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including agency collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and data-driven approach.
