We are looking for reliable DZ Drivers to be part of our client in Ottawa! We are hiring a Delivery Driver with a valid Class 5 or DZ License (Hydraulic or Air Brakes)!

This role involves delivery, installation, and general warehouse duties, with a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and customer service.

 

Rate : $25/hr with lots of potential of overtime

Shift : Monday – Friday (time to be discussed)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and install equipment with consistent on-time performance
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Accurately complete paperwork and trip reports
• Operate mobile computing devices and material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, dollies, stair climbers)
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, shipping, receiving, and customers
• Assist dispatch with customer communication, paperwork, and navigation
• Perform general warehouse tasks and minor vehicle maintenance
• Follow all safety procedures, especially during backing and load securement
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company image

 

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 or DZ license
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly (including stairs and ramps)
• Previous experience with high-end commercial electronics preferred
• Knowledge of load securement and safety best practices
• Excellent customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible work schedule and ability to work under pressure
• Clean criminal background check and driver’s abstract
• Must complete all required safety and process training

 

Working Conditions:

• Work in both warehouse and outdoor weather environments
