Job Description

A premier private equity company in Chicago is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant. This is an exceptional opportunity for a polished and highly organized Executive Assistant who thrives in a high-performance environment. This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 and a comprehensive benefits package—including health insurance, generous paid time off, and a 401(k) match.

Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of Partners, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Facilitate seamless meeting coordination, including agenda preparation, material distribution, and follow-up action tracking.
  • Oversee expense reporting, invoice processing, and financial documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in project management initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive business matters.

Qualifications of the Executive Assistant:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in private equity preferred, financial services experience required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM and expense management software.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and efficiency.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs proactively.
