About the Role

The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative support to Nicholas Pardon, Founder & CEO, and operational support to Alex Sadowski, Associate Director of Atelier Operations. Additionally, the EA will serve as a digital resource for the NYC and Denver based Managing Director and Head of Finance. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who will enhance daily operations through schedule management, communication coordination, family office correspondence, and system implementation. The EA will function as a central liaison, facilitating efficient interactions between Nicholas, Alex, and Pardon & Optimism team members, while supporting the overall productivity of the executive team.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a high-tier arts institution, blue-chip gallery, or luxury cultural organization.
• Strong understanding of patron and collector relations , with a refined approach to client-facing interactions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive , with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to draft concise, high-level correspondence.
• Expertise in digital tools such as Google Suite, Notion, and Figma, with the ability to adapt to new platforms quickly.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, luxury, and art , with a passion for the fine arts and cultural institutions.
• Comfortable working in a remote but high-touch environment , with availability to travel when needed.
• Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive and confidential information.

Salary

The base salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 per year, with exact compensation determined by the candidate's experience and qualifications
