Job Description

Vaco Boston is currently working with a private equity firm in Boston looking to hire an Executive Assistant for a member of their leadership team! The Executive Assistant will handle professional and personal tasks, such as calendar organization, presentation support, travel booking, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to company executive
• Use organization skills in order to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Calendar management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and more
• Manage communications including emails, calendars, and phone calls
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and information flow
• Available outside of 9-5 hours
  

Qualifications:

• Prior EA experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience booking and managing travel

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
