Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant. 

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

● Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant

● Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews

● Lead team in providing exceptional customer service

● Create and maintain a food and beverage budget

● Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations

● Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management

● Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events

 

Qualifications: 

● High school diploma/GED

● Previous restaurant management experience

● Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software

● Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure

● Excellent management and leadership skills

● Strong communication and problem-solving skills
