Were seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Field Construction Manager to join our Maryland office , servicing projects across Maryland, Northern Virginia, West Virginia, and Southeastern Pennsylvania . Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with builders to ensure timely project completion while upholding Roof Depots quality standards.
• Supervise crews during installations, including material retrievals and returns.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure installations meet company standards.
• Verify payroll for crews and punch technicians.
• Diagnose and resolve roof leaks during warranty calls.
• Conduct final walk-through inspections after project completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of asphalt shingle roofing , with experience in construction supervision.
• Ability to confidently walk roofs ranging from flat to 8/12 pitch.
• Proficiency in computer systems for scheduling and reporting.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with customers, office staff, and crews.
• Self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Must have hand tools for minor repairs and punch list work.

Physical Requirements:

• Comfortable working at extreme heights and various roof pitches.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and maneuver in tight spaces.
• Tolerance for outdoor work in varying and extreme weather conditions.
• Capacity to handle loud noise and high-stress environments.
