Position Summary We are seeking a strategic and visionary Group Director of Product to lead our product management organization within the E-commerce division. This senior leadership role will be responsible for shaping the product strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and driving the execution of initiatives that enhance the digital commerce experience. You will work closely with business leaders, engineering, design, and data teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet both customer and business needs. What You’ll Do: Define eCommerce Strategy: Align the product vision with business objectives, identifying new opportunities to expand and improve the customer experience. Lead Product Roadmaps: Oversee multiple high-impact product initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and cross-functional alignment. Mentor Product Managers: Coach and develop a growing team, setting performance goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Leverage Data and Insights: Track product metrics and customer behavior to fine-tune features and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, analytics, UX, and marketing partners to prioritize development, optimize resources, and deliver measurable value. Report and Communicate: Present product updates to senior leadership, sharing clear progress, challenges, and next steps. Team Leadership: Demonstrated success in building and mentoring high-performing product teams, setting clear objectives, and driving engagement. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related area and 14 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products. Supervisory experience. We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
