Pride Health is looking for a Human Resources Administrative Support IN Boston, Massachusetts for our client’s medical facility, which is in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a great role with a 3 + Months Contract with the possibility of extension depends on the performance and the manager and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Pay rate: $25 to $28/hr on W2

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Support professional to provide day-to-day assistance to the HR team. This role involves administrative duties, front-office coordination, and support for HR projects across the medical center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team including:
  • Document and presentation preparation
  • Budget tracking and invoice processing
  • Meeting coordination and supply inventory management
  • Report creation and maintenance
  • Coordinate front-office coverage; greet visitors and handle calls professionally.
  • Respond to routine inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
  • Assist employees and managers by directing them to the appropriate HR resource.
  • Support HR projects including training coordination, scheduling, and cross-department collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 0–1 year of related work experience
  • Experience with computer systems including:
  • Web-based applications
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
