Interior Decorator / Designer Fissel Floor Covering (Bellefontaine, OH)

Are you passionate about transforming spaces with style and functionality? Fissel Floor Covering, a trusted name in flooring and design since 1979, is seeking a talented Interior Decorator / Designer to join our team in Bellefontaine, Ohio.

What You'll Do:

• Work closely with clients to determine their style, color preferences, and flooring needs
• Offer expert guidance on flooring, interior aesthetics, and functional design
• Assist with sales, including flooring selections, window treatments, and care products
• Stay informed on the latest trends and materials in the industry
• Collaborate with the installation team for a smooth project experience
• Learn and assist with flooring project estimating
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
• Maintain accurate sales records and assist with order processing
• Pre-Installation Consultation: Meet with clients to confirm design choices, address concerns, and set expectations for the installation process
• Post-Installation Follow-Up: Ensure customer satisfaction, provide care instructions, and address any final adjustments needed
• Ongoing Client Support: Maintain relationships with past clients, offering guidance on future projects or additional services

What Were Looking For:

• Professional experience in interior decorating or design is not requiredhowever, a passion for design and an understanding of aesthetics are essential
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn estimating and technical aspects of flooring projects
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
