The Investment Banking Campus Recruiter will support the graduate recruitment programs for a number of divisions. You will interact with the Americas Heads of Business, business managers, COOs, and the wider business population on all aspects of intern and graduate recruitment, training, program management, and employer branding. You will partner with the business, Business HR and the Global Graduate team in advising, planning, and delivering campus recruitment and training along with program management activities for these businesses in the region. Additionally, you will coach the business in managing the interns and graduates, embracing and practicing the client's values, beliefs, and adhering to standard policies/processes.
Salary range: $90k - $120k
Key Accountabilities Things you will do: - Understand Investment Banking talent recruitment, training, and development needs in order to partner with team leads, other recruiters, and the business to establish and execute a recruiting strategy to meet those needs within global guidelines. Manage relationships with business stakeholders and diversity champions including advising them on appropriate marketing and targeting strategies for job-seekers with the right profiles and managing all recruiting processes during recruiting seasons
- Partner with the team to develop and implement the summer training programs and ensure program consistency across all domestic locations. Manage intern programs as appropriate including feedback/assessment processes and end of summer offers
- Schedule and organize marketing & branding events; screen resumes and select interviewees in conjunction with business representatives. Work with the business to assign/sign-up client representatives as interviewers. Gather/review feedback and recommend which interviewees should progress to the next step in the process. Schedule and manage second and third-round interview processes. Gather feedback and work with the business in determining to whom offers should be made; attend conferences and target events
- Manage analyst and intern offer processes, yields, targets, and declines with team lead and business stakeholders. Mutually determine offer/turn-down status for job-seekers. Assist with organization of the divisional "sells", assist in the negotiation process, and partner with other graduate specialists to develop and implement summer analyst training programs and ensure program consistency across all domestic locations
Skills & Experience You'll need to demonstrate: - Bachelor's degree with prior campus recruiting experience at a large financial institution or similar organization
- Some exposure to training or project/program management will be a plus
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships at all levels of seniority
- Prior experience in a recruitment function including making offers and assisting in the negotiation process
- Proven developed consulting and problem solving capabilities
