ResourceTek is the Human Capital subsidiary of an ENR ranked, multi-discipline Engineering firm providing technical services to industry and government in all areas of Engineering, Information Technology, and a broad range of other technical disciplines.

We are currently seeking an Junior Engineering Coordinator with 2-5 years of experience to join our client’s team in Nashville, TN. This is a long-term contract opportunity with our client with an estimated duration of 12-24 months. The ideal candidate must be willing and able to travel 75%-90% of the time, Including international travel.

We are currently seeking a motivated person to help deploy the training and organizational transformation centered on the adoption of Autodesk Vault, Autodesk Fusion Manage and Autodesk Construction Cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with Engineers, Designers, and Maintenance Professionals to ensure the effective adoption of new tools and process. This role will also interface with internal and external development teams to communicate user concerns, suggest new functionality, and develop and execute effective training. The ideal applicant has worked previously in an engineering or manufacturing environment and has experience with PDM and PLM.

Our clients corporate engineering support team works with the Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance Teams at the Corporate office and plants. We are going to be rolling out the second phase of Asset and Maintenance Management system that combines aspects of PDM with PLM and CMMS systems resulting in an overall system to Manage Engineering Change across the organization. We will be deploying this solution over the next few years from Argentina to Canada. We are looking for talented technical trainers to teach this to our plant teams across the Americas.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Help to develop and deliver training on applications capabilities to increase user acceptance.
  • Collaborates and engages with users, partners, and other stakeholders to define requirements and translate user needs.
  • Maintains a detailed knowledge of support required by users for primary functional areas and provides support for other functional business areas.
  • Stays abreast of and shares system best practices and feature enhancements to promote continuous improvement.
  • Ensures training requirements are met by monitoring available metrics and collecting feedback.

Required

  • Associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 5 years’ experience in technical or engineering training materials
  • Skills in requirements collection and analysis to identify needs.
  • Excellent business, functional, technical acumen
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment working with a variety of staff and experience levels.
  • Ability to perform variety of complicated tasks and may direct the work of others.
  • Ability to travel 90% of the time, Including international travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines is a plus: Communications, Engineering Management, Business Administration, Engineering related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in engineering, engineering design, business systems analysis, software development, or another technical field
  • Experience with Autodesk Vault, Autodesk Fusion Manage, PDM, PLM, and other engineering software suites.
  • Ability to work independently toward delivery of milestones as well as collaborate in team efforts.
  • Experience in software implementation and operational support
