*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, including home care and medical-surgical environments. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of patients by utilizing your clinical skills and knowledge of physiology.

*Duties*
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques.
* Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse or physician.
* Assist with IV infusion therapy and maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Provide care for patients with diverse needs, including those requiring ventilatory support or specialized medical-surgical care.
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
* Educate patients and their families about health management, medication administration, and home care practices.
* Document patient information accurately using electronic health records systems such as Cerner.
* Support pediatric patients by applying experience working with children in a clinical setting.

*Experience*
* Proven experience in home care or medical-surgical nursing is preferred.
* Knowledge of physiology and the ability to apply this knowledge in practical situations is essential.
* Familiarity with aseptic technique and IV infusion procedures is highly desirable.
* Experience working with children is a plus, enhancing your ability to provide compassionate care tailored to younger patients.
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality are required.

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
