Currently Seeking a Manager of Landscape & Irrigation Projects for our Growing Landscape Company Located in Naples.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of landscaping projects. Scheduling, Ordering, Implementation and Oversight of Resources.
• Intense utilization of our APP for scheduling, work updates, quoting and more.
• Supervise project teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Conduct site assessments to determine project requirements and develop effective strategies for implementation.
• Manage the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
• Ensure proper use of hand tools and power tools among team members to maintain safety standards.
• Oversee irrigation system installations and modifications or renovations as part of landscape projects.
• Maintain proactive, clear communication with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
• Evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements for future projects.
• Work with our business office on invoicing, sub-contractor work progress billings, etc.

Skills

• Proficient in landscape construction and renovations, reading and implementing plans, coordination of work, ordering scheduling and staying on budget.
• Mechanical knowledge for equipment and coordinating with in house mechanic.
• Exemplary communication skills and use of technology and company APP for daily and planning processes.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse groups effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in project planning and execution.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish a plus.
