What you'll be doing:
Providing Compassionate Care: Deliver counseling sessions to assigned patients, creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
Comprehensive Assessments: Perform initial assessments and provide ongoing care, tailoring treatment to individual needs.
Developing Personalized Care Plans: Participate in the development of individualized care plans, addressing co-occurring disorders and promoting holistic well-being.
Collaborating with Teams: Work as a vital member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, coordinating with case managers and patient support staff.
