Job Description:
We are looking for skilled MIG & Stick Welders to join our team in Tecumseh and Windsor. If you have experience in welding and fabrication, this is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced and growing environment.
Responsibilities:
✅ Perform MIG & Stick welding on various metal components
✅ Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
✅ Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards
✅ Operate welding equipment and tools safely
✅ Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience as a MIG & Stick Welder
✔ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
✔ Reliable and able to work in a team-oriented environment
✔ Own welding gear and safety boots
