Red Bull is a world-class brand, available in more than 171 countries, and we are proud to represent it. The Office Manager provides support to Accounting/Finance and Sales teams. This position requires focus, great attention to detail and very strong and effective communication skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Reconcile daily cash payments from COD customers with each Account Manager "AM" to ensure it is complete and accurate Review settlement work for each AM to ensure that documentation requirements are met for billing purposes (ie store stamps on invoices, signatures are complete, proof of delivery documents are acquired, etc.) Deposit customer checks and money orders to the bank each morning using a desktop check scanner Post settlement batches to Great Plains "GP" each day Daily application of customer payments in GP Update tracker with settlement issues each day Prepare and send a package of reviewed settlements and deposited checks to Accounting in Columbia each day Follow up and resolve settlement issues with AM in a timely manner Work with accounting staff to resolve issues related to settlements and payments Process customer credit card payments through a designated website Assist sales in opening new customer accounts Manage bulk deliveries for sales team Manage and reconcile petty cash Order office supplies as needed for team members in the building Sort mail and deliveries and forward to appropriate team member(s) Assist with customer service as needed All other duties assigned Company Benefits Include: Health Benefits: medical, dental, and vision Biweekly Salary Short/Long Term Disability and Life Insurance Paid Leave: holidays, sick and vacation Company Matched 401(k) Education Reimbursement $500 Lift Off Days after one year of service Employee Referral Program Qualifications Requirements for the Position Include: High School Diploma Required 3+ years of experience working in Accounts Receivable or related field Requires a proficient level of computer skills and ability to self-teach a new software application Previous work experience in Great Plains preferred Proficient knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, internal team members, and vendors Must be able to adhere to deadlines This is a sedentary position that requires repetitious and dexterous movements of hands, fingers, and arms.
