- Support the management of large-scale healthcare and life sciences projects from planning through completion.
- Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
- Oversee construction documentation, RFI processes, and change orders to maintain project accuracy.
- Conduct site visits and progress reports to track project milestones and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases.
- Collaborate with senior project managers to develop and implement best practices and project strategies .
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously , balancing priorities and maintaining quality standards.

The Successful Applicant The Assistant Project Manager will have:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in healthcare or life sciences .
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to coordinate complex projects , ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, RFIs, and change order processes .
- A proactive, go-getter attitude , with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work both in-office (Boston) and on-site as needed.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards .
- A desire to grow within a top-tier real estate development and project management firm .
