Job Title: Product Inspection Platform Supervisor

Location: Piscataway, NJ

Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Responsible for the daily operations of the order and quality management team, coordinating internal and external resources, analyzing internal production data, adjusting work plans in a timely manner to achieve objectives, optimizing, training, implementing, and supervising job SOPs to enhance operational efficiency, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the team.

Team Management: Assist the department in continuously enhancing platform technology and building a talent echelon, formulate and assess team members' PBC (Personal Business Commitments) and job KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Quality Management: Optimization of plasmid detection and release-related system processes, assessment of job risk points, process streamlining, to ensure product quality and timeliness meet customer requirements.

Platform Management: Improve the order distribution system and the system for entering shipping information.

Other Duties: Cooperate and assist with the completion of related job functions within and outside the department; complete temporary critical tasks assigned by senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred
• 2~3 years of biological and quality related experience
• Be well-organized, hard-working, proactive, and have good learning ability
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with excellent time management
• Proven leadership experience managing teams or projects
• Excellent language skills in English and Chinese
