Job Description: Job Summary This position serves as a program management contact for concerns, issue escalation, and account performance. He/She ensures UPS meets client obligations and performance and financial metrics (e.g., reporting, proactive communication, etc.). This position conducts customer review meetings, tracks program profitability, monitors client billing, and guards against scope creep in relationships. He/She anticipates client's needs, changes, and trends in the competitive landscape. This position serves as the customer's advocate and trusted business advisor. He/She collaborates with sales to expand client relationships and generate additional revenue. This position develops and leads efforts to improve service quality and to exceed customer expectations. He/She potentially manages multiple subsidiaries and may manage supervisory or administrative staff.
Responsibilities: - Identifies, resolves, and escalates issues and concerns (i.e., customer visibility systems) from Business Development, customers, and Operations to ensure customers' needs are met.
- Manages revenue retention and churn reduction to retain customers and maintain revenue levels.
- Plans and implements initiatives and translates high level organizational goals into business plans to meet customer needs and UPS goals.
- Drives service process improvements for assigned accounts to ensure consistency and to improve the service quality and efficiency.
- Sets product service standards to drive consistency in customer service practices and to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Communicates and collaborates with staff function managers to ensure execution to customer requirements and quality service.
- Serves as the lead advocate for customers to balance customers' needs with the business needs of UPS.
- Monitors metrics (e.g., UPS's commitment to the customer, etc.) to ensure UPS is fulfilling its commitments to the customer.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
- Ability to work from a virtual location.
- Proficiency using MS Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)
- Experience with Supply Chain Logistics
- At least 2 years' experience with Project Management
- Experience in Logistics or Engineering - Preferred
- Experience with process analysis and redesign - Preferred
Internal Salary Grade: 30D
Compensation and Benefits: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $83,760/year to $155,220/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
