Software Resources has an immediate, long term contract job opportunity for a Project Manager (Paid Social Media Marketing) with a major corporation in Celebration, FL. This is onsite Monday to Thursday and Friday remote.

Seeking someone with a Bachelor's degree Marketing, Business, or related field and 1-5 years of experience. Must be able to handle multiple projects. The ideal candidate should have PM experience and very strong organizational skills. Meta is the primary platform used, and paid social media experience is a must, not just organic experience.

Work environment is cubicle/mega cubicle set up. Dress code is casual but neat. MAC computer will be issued so candidate must be comfortable working on a MAC. Work hours are somewhat flexible between 8a-6p for 8 hour day but must be available to attend any required meetings.

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Project Manager to assist our Paid Social Media Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing aspects of our social media marketing projects, ensuring their timely and effective delivery, and managing key responsibilities for the team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects, foster team collaboration, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate project plans with timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee and coordinate various aspects of project execution to ensure alignment with goals and objectives.
• Analyze team bandwidth and shift campaigns/media plans as needed.
• Analyze project performance and report key metrics to stakeholders.
• Communicate with partners and team members and ensure alignment with project progress.
• Identify risks and create mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance project outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:
• Proven experience in project management, specifically in social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of paid social media advertising strategies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
