Key Responsibilities

• Engagement & Awareness : Interact with event attendees to provide information, drive awareness, and promote key causes and campaigns.
• Event Setup & Execution : Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring a smooth and successful operation.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members to meet event goals and maintain a high standard of professionalism throughout all interactions.
• Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from participants and provide valuable insights to improve future promotional events and campaigns.
• Marketing Strategy Assistance : Contribute to the development of marketing strategies designed to maximize event attendance and impact.
• Client Liaison : Serve as the main point of contact for clients, customers, and event attendees, ensuring seamless communication and relationship-building.
• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of event participation, customer engagement, and the outcomes of promotional campaigns.
