Hybrid working kicks in after 6 months service, 3 days in the office (Mondays & Wednesdays)

Salary of $52,018 + clear commission structure + 401k + health + PTO

Realistic - OTE Year 1: $70-80k / Year 2: $85-100k / Year 3: $125k upwards

In this dynamic full 360 recruitment consultant role, you’ll own the entire recruitment cycle—from sourcing top-tier candidates to securing prime job opportunities. Your days will be filled with business development, client relationship-building, strategic outreach through emails and calls, and driving new opportunities while maintaining strong ties with existing clients. Get ready to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where exceeding goals is the name of the game.

Fifty percent of your time will be dedicated to chasing leads, identifying new hiring managers, and understanding their hiring challenges, so you can pitch Harnham’s exceptional talent solutions. The other half will be all about sourcing the best candidates and managing interviews to ensure a seamless process.
