Position Overview

We are looking for ambitious, goal-oriented sales professionals passionate about helping others. As a Federal Benefits Specialist , you will work remotely to educate federal employees about their benefits and guide them toward a secure retirement. What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Active Life Insurance License ( or ability to obtain one)

• Sales experience (competitive, results-driven background preferred)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Service-first mindset with a passion for helping others

• Familiarity with financial services and insurance products

• Proficiency in virtual sales and online platforms

• Telesales experience is a plus

• Solution-oriented: A proactive problem solver who stays focused on delivering results.
