POSITION OVERVIEW
The Assistant Manager, Health and Wellness plays a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care, managing the IV Therapy program, and supporting longevity medicine visits. This role requires a Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about preventive care, longevity coaching, and optimizing health outcomes through behavior change and excellence in service.
In addition to patient care, the Assistant Manager will assist in care planning, collaborate with other associated companies, and provide clinical support for medical visits and follow-ups.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
IV Therapy & Clinical Support
Manage and operate the IV Therapy program, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and patient satisfaction.
Administer IV therapy and other clinical treatments as needed.
Educate patients on the benefits and protocols of IV therapy in relation to longevity medicine.
Monitor and track patient responses to IV therapy, adjusting protocols as needed.
Patient Care & Longevity Coaching
Provide clinical support for longevity medicine visits, including patient histories, follow-up visits, and behavior change coaching.
Work closely with patients to develop personalized care plans that align with their health and wellness goals.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high-touch, concierge-level patient experiences.
Educate patients on preventive health strategies, nutrition, and fitness to support long-term wellness.
Assist in conducting executive-style physical assessments and interpreting lab results.
Care Planning & Multidisciplinary Collaboration
Collaborate with BLU's physicians, health coaches, personal trainers, and nutritionists to create comprehensive care plans.
Support the integration of fitness, nutrition, and purpose coaching into patient care models.
Coordinate referrals to specialists when needed, such as endocrinology, dermatology, and functional medicine.
Operational & Leadership Responsibilities
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of health and wellness services.
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support other associated companies as needed from a nursing perspective.
Participate in community outreach, workshops, and educational events to promote longevity medicine.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Strong IV therapy skills with a focus on safety and patient comfort.
Passion for preventive medicine, longevity coaching, and patient-centered care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, concierge-style wellness environment.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida (required).
3+ years of clinical experience in longevity medicine, IV therapy, functional medicine, or wellness-focused healthcare (preferred).
Experience in behavior change coaching, lifestyle medicine, or holistic health is a plus.
Certification in IV therapy or willingness to obtain certification.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification (required). MSH
