Marketing Assistant

Reports To: Sales Manager
Classification: Exempt

Summary of Essential Position Functions

The Marketing Assistant with strategic communications collaborating closely with the sales teams to support campaign execution & maintain brand consistency across all platforms. This role also incorporates graphic design responsibilities, ensuring visually compelling marketing materials that align with brand identity while combining traditional marketing support with visual content creation. The ideal candidate should have experience designing marketing assets such as social media graphics, design, website banners, brochures, and email templates.

Qualifications:

Visual Design

Create visually engaging graphics for social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, and print materials in line with brand guidelines.

Develop and maintain design templates to ensure consistency across marketing materials. Edit and enhance photos for marketing purposes.

Design infographics and data visualizations to support marketing content.

Assist with logo development and brand identity maintenance.

Marketing Support

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels. Assist in content creation for social media, including writing captions and scheduling posts. Produce marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and presentations. Conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.

Manage email marketing lists and coordinate newsletter distribution.

Administrative Tasks

Maintain the marketing asset library and organize design files.

Coordinate with external vendors for printing and design services.

Update marketing websites and landing pages.

Assist & attend in event planning and preparation of promotional materials, industry seminars, events and client functions.

Experience / Education

· Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Understanding of marketing principles, branding, social media marketing, email marketing, and campaign management.

·Strong aesthetic sense and ability to create visually engaging designs. High energy, Strong teamwork skills to effectively support the marketing team. Ability to ensure design consistency and accuracy across all materials.

- High school diploma & associate degree, relevant to Marketing, Graphic Design or Business.

· English: Fluency - Excellent Communication Skills (Read, Write, Speak)
