Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering team. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our cutting-edge platform designed to enhance customer experiences and decision-making capabilities in sports betting. Your responsibilities will span the software development lifecycle, from design and coding to testing and deployment, all within our collaborative, in-office culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced analytical software applications
• Architect and manage high-performance, scalable infrastructure supporting low-latency data pipelines
• Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS) to facilitate real-time data processing
• Enhance database performance for high-throughput transaction processing
• Implement robust system resilience and failover strategies to ensure data integrity in high-frequency environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges specific to sports betting analytics.
• Continually learn and apply new technologies and frameworks.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Genuine interest in sports, sports analytics, and sports betting markets.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end frameworks, especially React.
• Familiarity with building and deploying solutions in AWS.
• Understanding of modern software development methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with low-latency data pipelines and real-time service integration.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $108,000 - $120,000 with up to 50% bonus target
