Job Summary

The employee training role supports the Organizational Development team by managing the Learning Management System (LMS), including Cornerstone, and overseeing various training management tasks. This includes scheduling, managing communication calendars, gathering data and reporting, and managing course resources. The position will also support talent management programs and projects. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines are essential.

Key Responsibilities

•Organize logistics for instructor-led courses, including scheduling, selecting training facilities, producing training materials, and providing multimedia tools.

•Administer the company's learning management and professional development systems, making updates as needed to accommodate changing needs and new instructional technologies.

•Support talent management programs and processes, including managing data, drafting reports, and tracking progress.

•Contribute to specific objectives and outcomes as directed by leadership.

•Manage the registration process and systems for all HR training and development programs.

•Integrate developed HR coursework with content delivery platforms, including LMS, talent management systems, and websites.

•Guide users through account setup and functionality of the LMS and professional development systems.

•Generate reports for management by collecting data from multiple systems.

•Use multimedia authoring tools, such as PowerPoint and Articulate, for training content development.

•Track and report on HR training outcomes and talent management program progress.

•Create reports on the outcomes of talent management programs.

Required Qualifications

•Bachelor's Degree in Education, Communications, Training and Development, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

•Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in administering training programs and web-based training systems.

•Minimum of 1 year of experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Talent Management Systems.

•Demonstrated proficiency in using Articulate software to develop and manage engaging learning content.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

•Strong organizational and project management skills.

•Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

•Experience with Cornerstone LMS.

•Familiarity with multimedia authoring tools, such as Articulate, for creating engaging training content.
