Job Details

• IV Conscious Sedation experience preferred.
• Inpatient and outpatient EGD’s and Colonoscopies and some pulmonary cases (Bronchoscopies) but these are very low volume.
• Cases are done with nurse sedation and some with anesthesia.
• Previous sedation experience would be preferred.
• Nurses rotate usually in the pre/post op area and procedure rooms.
• We use Olympus brand scopes and chart in cerner.
• Delivers care to patients undergoing Digestive Health procedures utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members.
• Provides high quality care and services to the following patient populations: Gastroenterology, Cardiac, Pulmonary, Pain Management, Neurology - Lumbar Puncture.

Job Requirements

• IV Conscious Sedation experience preferred.
• Previous sedation experience would be preferred.

Additional Details

• Declination accepted.
• Required September 1st through March 31st – Must be from CURRENT flu season. Flu declinations may be accepted on condition traveler wear a mask at all time during flu season.
