Job Description :

SUMMARY

Manage 4th party relationships with Network Carriers to ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, properly timed billing, and overall customer satisfaction.

Shift:

1st shift but requires flexibility (Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm - requires flexibility to come in an hour earlier on Mondays, occasional Saturday or Sunday to capture client sales, peak season runs from Black Friday thru Christmas and may require 7 days per week during peak)

Requirements:

  • Bilingual - fluent in Spanish (required)
  • Excellent communications skills and customer facing presence
  • Detail-oriented, multitasking skills, problem solving skills, independent thinker/decision maker, collaborative team member
  • Experience with WMS systems (batching and waving orders), BOLs, scheduling carriers for pick-up of wholesale orders

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers

Research and update orders on Restoration Hardware’s “Ready to be Scheduled” (RTBS) report; work with Network Carriers to get orders scheduled

Process Return Authorizations (RAs), RA Clarifications, Pending RAs, Not in iDirect RAs, etc. for all locations

Manage the Open RA report (monthly)

Research orders on the “Over 50” report (orders that have a delivery date 50 days old) either by obtaining a POD from the Network Carrier or conducting a follow up survey with the customer to confirm delivery; update system so we can invoice the client

Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team

Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for orders that have a scheduled date

Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks

Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE

One (1) year or more experience 1-2 years related experience

SKILLS

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
