You will lead the charge on website strategy, performance optimization, SEO execution and paid search — all while collaborating with our strategists, designers and copywriters to bring digital experiences to life.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide community management support
  • Support professional development for other team members

We’ve grown into one of the region's leading agencies through our unique approach, award-winning projects and long-term client relationships. • Enjoy working in a primarily remote environment with flexibility
  • See your work make a real impact with a variety of interesting clients
  • Grow in a culture that encourages innovation and ownership

What You Bring to the Role

  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing web and SEM-related role
  • Proven success delivering meaningful business outcomes and driving conversions (leads and sales)
  • Understanding of search engine marketing and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profiles and Google Ads
  • Proficiency with WordPress and visual builders (Divi, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Moz, SEMRush, Spyfu, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal, writing and analytical skills as well as a keen eye for detail
  • Passion for continued personal skill training/development
  • Reliable internet service
  • HTML/CSS proficiency is preferred
  • Google and other certifications are a bonus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting salary range for this role is $48,000-$52,000/year with opportunities for bonuses and competitive salary growth based on performance
  • BCBSOK health and dental insurance + VSP vision insurance offered
  • Flexible schedule in a hybrid environment (primarily remote with some local meetings and team events)
