The Griffin Groupe is searching for electrician professionals to join our client’s rapidly-growing company! If you are experienced, have time in the field on vessels and are ready to advance your career further into a lead role in the Marine Industry, we have an opportunity just for you. Our client company services large container ships, fishing vessels and factory trawlers. They are also a UL508A Certified Industrial Control Panel Shop.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures Install diverse types of cable tray systems Troubleshoot motor and control systems Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems Build designed custom control panels Ability to use hand and power tools Own set of tools required for the job Understanding how to use a multi-meter Understanding of proper safety and abide to all quality rules instructed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in electrical installation or other related fields such as mechanic Familiarity with electrical schematics and manuals Familiarity with electrical equipment Problem solving and critical thinking skills Lawful Permanent Resident of US (Green Card) or Employment Permit Valid Driver’s License TWIC card (Can be acquired after employment started) Must be able to lift 50 pounds Drug Free
