Job Description

The Photographer will be responsible for producing high quality and captivating product images for our website as well as manage photography equipment and collaborating closely with our digital tech to create efficient workflows.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

• Produce and execute product photography for e-commerce including flat lays.
• Ensure lighting consistency and image quality across all product photos.
• Manage studio set up including lighting, camera, and background adjustment.
• Help upkeep of studio equipment and inventory. Maintain and organize photo equipment and cleanliness of the studio.
• Stay up to date on e-commerce photography trends, tools and best practices.
• Direct models for photoshoot to ensure best poses to highlight products.
• Maintain a well organized digital asset library.
• Collaborate closely with the digital tech, junior art director and creative director to meet content needs and goals.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2 -3 years of digital photography experience.
• Hands-on experience of the Canon EOS and ProFoto systems
• Prior experience of shooting models for E-commerce and accessories on a flat table.
• Strong knowledge of Capture One and Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop and Bridge.
• Able to work under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Detail oriented with a strength in lighting, composition and framing.
• Extremely organized and able to work well under strict deadlines
• Ability to work independently.
• Strength in working collaboratively with a creative team.

Physical/Environmental Demands and Overtime & Availability:

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shoots.
• Must be able to lift, move and handle equipment weighing 15-25 lbs.
• Comfortable working and operating in a studio environment with hot lights and backdrops.
• Ability to operate camera for extended periods of time.
• Comfortable working in a high pace environment and adaptable to change.
