Summary: The Senior Copywriter will be responsible for overseeing the creation of distinct voices across multiple brands and a variety of location-based entertainment verticals while developing copy across multiple channels and platforms. This role also involves managing and mentoring a team of copywriting professionals, setting clear objectives, and ensuring brand consistency across all communications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Copy Development & Creation - Develop copy across print, digital, social media, in-center creative, Public Relations materials, and corporate internal and external communications.
- Oversee the campaign development process from ideation to production, ensuring copy is written timely and aligns with campaign objectives.
- Lead or assist on internal and external communications.
- Work effectively across departments to gather accurate information, make necessary changes to projects, and keep the flow of production moving.
- Manage and mentor a team of copywriting professionals, setting clear objectives and providing regular feedback.
Copy Editing & Quality Assurance - Assist with ongoing marketing campaigns by reviewing and editing marketing materials as they are delivered.
- Ensure all materials are thoroughly proofread to maintain high-quality standards.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Incorporate creative input and direction from internal stakeholders to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Innovation - Keep up with industry trends and pop culture to ensure brand voices evolve appropriately.
- Develop and maintain brand-specific vernacular to ensure consistency across all channels.
Qualifications - Exceptional attention to detail with strong grammatical skills.
- Demonstrated strong conceptual abilities, creative thinking, and exceptional writing skills.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of copywriters.
Education and Experience Required: - Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a Marketing-related field.
- 7+ years of advertising copy experience.
Work Environment/Physical Demands: General office environment where you will walk, bend, and stand for periods of time.

The approximate pay range for this position is $96,000-110,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
